ESD-Team

As part of the University of Bern’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) mandate, the ESD Team supports teaching staff in integrating sustainable development into their teaching. In doing so, the ESD Team focuses both on the various connections between individual disciplines and sustainable development, as well as on interdisciplinary links, and supports the faculties and institutes in establishing these connections and making them visible. To this end, it offers various services (coaching, workshops, professional development) and resources (guides, instructional videos, learning modules) and manages a funding program for sustainability-related educational initiatives (FNE).
